About Training :

Training philosophy:


Training plays an instrumental role in developing the skills of many leaders who represent many disciplines and who hold key positions in their organizations in both public and private sectors.
Leadership development is  a long-term requiring high level commitment to economize human and financial resources necessary to achieve success and therefore LMDC offers long-term programs to develop leadership skills for middle and executive managers. It also provides short-term training courses in various areas of specialization in order to enhance professional skills through the use of a variety of learning methodologies.
Therefore, the training philosophy is grounded in the continuing search for what is new in the business world with emphasis on the idea of "learning by doing" tackling three main competencies: knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Training Methodology:

LMDC has many certified programs and training courses that use various methodologies that include assignments , reports , presentations on presented topics in addition to the formation of group projects. These different methodologies provide participants with the   necessary skills to deal with the work from the realistic perspective and strengthen their leadership skills in their chosen field and increase knowledge and exchange of experiences among participants in the various fields of specialization, in addition to enhancing participants'  problem solving and critical thinking skills through the careful design of selected topics .

Information Technology:


Information Technology department is responsible for managing and supporting technological infrastructure, equipment, software and resources at LMDC. The Department of Information Technology provides training through a package of courses designed to improve information technology skills to assist both managers and employees to improve productivity and efficiency needed for modern working environment.

The courses offered by information technology department are:

1. (International license)
International license is an internationally recognized certificate that aims to raise the level of computer users in the field of information technology. LMDC provide it in cooperation with UNESCO.

2. Vocational courses
The unit offers a range of courses that provide professional knowledge necessary for office administration.

3. Web design
Multi-cooperation with those entities.
