International Grants :

LMDC established cooperation with international organizations and similar institutions for the purpose of maintaining its leading position and competitiveness in the areas of training , consultancy and research. These organizations aim at reinforcing the capacity of human resources and upgrading the managerial and technical skills between Egyptian business organizations. As an exerted effort for human resource development , LMDC provides international training grants tat are offered by international training institutes. In addition , the center has successful concluded training and consulting projects with major international aid agencies.

Objectives:
create special relationships wit many foreign an Arab organizations and institutions
exchange of knowledge an experience in various administrative and technical areas
either by traveling abroad or hosting foreign experts to transfer their expertise to the Egyptian business community

Activities:
The activities of the department of international Ties for the years 2009/2010 are based on:
First: Human Development
Strengthening the developmental role of the center within its clients by providing training grants to employees in different governmental and investment organizations wit coordination with training and marketing departments.
Providing training grants for LMDC employees for the purpose of job performance development and providing them with the latest knowledge in different work areas.
Second: Arab and international bilateral relations
It includes building institutional framework for the establishment of professional relationships with Arab institutions corresponding to LMDC in order to implement joint activities wit them in the area of training and consulting.

LMDC has concluded several cooperation protocols with several Arab countries as:
1.Management development Center – Kingdom of Bahrain
2.Arab Planning Institute – Kuwait

LMDC has also done memorandam of understanding with several Arab parties as:
1.Yemen Petroleum Company – Republic of Yemen
2.Ajyad Company – Republic of Sudan

LMDC is about to hold another set of protocols for cooperation with various Arab parties including:
1.Institute of Public Administration – Kingdom of Bahrain
2.Institute of Public Administration – Sultanate of Oman
3.Institute of Public Administration – Kingdom of Jordon
